Blender Salsa Recipe

Ingredients: Two 28 ounce cans of Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, one slice of seeded jalapeno pepper (if you like your salsa spicy add more slices; if you like it mild leave the jalapeno out entirely), one tomato, 1/4 of an onion, one and 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic, cilantro and salt to taste.

Method: Chop the onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro. Drain the liquid from the can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles and then blend the contents with half of the onion, half of the cilantro, half of the jalapenos, and all of the garlic until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything together with a large spoon – the result should be a relatively chunky salsa. Enjoy!
