Sweet & Spicy Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup diced mango, one 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes and green chiles, 1/3 cup diced onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, the juice of one lime, and salt to taste.

Method: Drain the juice from the can of tomatoes. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor except for the salt, then pulse to your desired consistency. Taste the result, then add salt if needed. If you feel the salsa is too spicy, add a bit of honey. Enjoy!
